Every BIBIBOP starts the same way: choose your base, choose your protein, then load it up. Bases include White Rice, Purple Rice, Sweet Potato Noodles, Honey Citrus Kale and Crispy Romaine. Proteins include Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Korean BBQ Beef, Steak and Organic Tofu. From there it is unlimited vegetables such as Kale, Carrots, Bean Sprouts, Roasted Sesame Broccoli, Corn, Black Beans and Pickled Red Onion, plus Kimchi and your choice of sauces including our Yum Yum Sauce and a gochujang-based option with real heat.
